Before purchasing, please ensure the dimensions of your entrance or doorway allow for smooth delivery. Unfortunately, returns or cancellations due to size-related issues cannot be processed. Some come ready-to-use, while others may require minor assembly. For such cases, carpenter visits will be scheduled accordingly.

Cleaning Technique

• Wipe the Stool with a soft cotton cloth to remove dust. Use a slightly damp cloth for tougher stains but avoid excess water.

Scratch & Burn Remedy

• Minor scratches, burns, or residue can be removed with fine-grit sandpaper. Reapply mineral oil after sanding to restore the finish.

Preventative Measures

• Always use mats or coasters when placing hot, cold, or wet items on the to protect its surface.
• Clean spills immediately with a soft cloth to avoid staining.
• Avoid prolonged sunlight exposure, as it may cause the stool’s polish or color to fade.
• Do not drag the Stool while repositioning it, especially if it is made of MDF or Particle Board, to maintain the strength of the joints.
